Global Hair Institute is a hair transplant clinic with locations in both the Netherlands and Turkey. As the company continued to grow, its digital presence no longer matched the scale, quality, and premium positioning of the brand.

The existing website felt outdated, lacked consistency in branding, and did not convey the trust and professionalism you would expect from a market-leading clinic. The objective was clear: to create a refined, mobile-first digital experience that immediately projects trust, quality, and authority.

The challenge

The previous website no longer reflected the company’s status. Although Grober Hair Institute had already built a strong position in the market, the online experience did not sufficiently support this.

The design lacked visual consistency, modern hierarchy, and a premium look and feel. More importantly, it lacked the “wow effect” visitors expect from a service where trust and quality are central, such as a hair transplant.

For a clinic with an international presence and a visible profile, it was essential that the digital brand experience also made this quality tangible online.

The approach

The focus of this project was not only on redesigning a website, but on creating a unique digital concept.

I designed a fully custom website experience with an interface that deliberately has an app-like look and feel. This makes the platform feel modern, intuitive, and distinctive. The entire experience was developed from a mobile-first approach, so ease of use, speed, and trust are central on every device.

In addition, I designed an integrated booking flow that seamlessly aligns with the brand’s visual style and makes the process clear and professional for new customers.

Alongside the website, I also contributed to the brand’s visual identity, including support with logo direction, brochures, branded documents, and other visual assets. This created consistent branding across both digital and offline touchpoints.

The result

The final result is a premium digital presence that much better reflects the scale and quality of Global Hair Institute.

The new experience creates a stronger first impression, more trust among new visitors, and positioning that suits a leading clinic in the market.

By combining a high-end visual style with a mobile-first user experience, the platform now aligns with the company’s ambition, reputation, and international presence.
